Hello stupid. Stop stealing.
Hello Beautiful. How you doin'? Well, I was surfing around on some blogs and I find it unbelievable how many persons who actually are STEALING others designs, making a new [ugly] header and then says "I made the whole design myself! 100% copyright" or "Design and code copyright xxxx". It's unbelievable! I'm sorry dude, but you DID'NT MAKE THAT DESIGN! You stoled it and changed the header. I don't think that's okay! It's not okay! I would be sooooo pissed of if anybody stole my design and took all the credit! Well, that's just my opinion [and the copyright law].
What's your opinion?

Really, it doesn't bug me as much... I'd probably mention it to the person if it was an artist (now talking about art/photographs rather than designs) whom I really love and he/she only changed ONE tiny detail and claimed it theirs. Or if it was a friends' work, I'd mention it too.
I don't think it'd bug me or annoy me... Only worth mentioning. c:
